Not possible to salvage, is it worthy anything?
Can't recall the last time i had a drop that couldn't be salvaged (except greens and promo items)
I assume trash, but better ask before i sell it to merchant.

it is one of the quite new skins that is umsalvageable. it is related to the skin not to the particular one single item that you found.
the stats are quite useless, so I would merch. rare skin though.
id give few ectos for it before u merch, but agreed and yeah the new skins cannot be salvd
