1. maybe like 200-400e? not sure, its missing a mod but its a decent skin

no its not. There is no reason to pc that wand that high, it got okay inherent mods,the skin is common even tho its q8.

I tend to agree with Ikki, even if he's slightly on the high end. I've sold 10/+5e's for 8-10a before. Granted for different reqs, but I don't think he's off base. With time and interest I do not see why 15a wouldn't be possible.
