i never understood why ppl need other player to create a japanes guild, cant u just copy paste the words/signs u want ?

i dont know what of it now... but it was another thing in 2007,as far as i remember, u need a japan–based–gw–account to create a guild with japanese character.
just like my guild names, with most member are fan of Suzumiya haruhi (with jap character), so we created a guild using japan account

my old xp laptop was japanese with a japanese keyboard but I still could not create a japanese guild tag with it because my guildwars was not.
