To me , this hammer is merch food. Yes it's dual vamp, but High Q and 14%... litzrally useless, unless you find some colector i'm not aware of.
I'd take whatever some1 offers.
Wait for more PC though..

agree with jack, if hammer would be q9 15% then it would be something different but ye ... u can be happy if some1 offers anything
smiting staff merch, even q9 20/20 isnt worth more than 10-20e imo
