if its 15^hex and gold maybe its pre nerf then it could be rare and some people here might be interested, but im not sure about pre nerf stuff etc.

if you mean 15while enchanted i would value it:

q9 +5energy is around 500e

q9 15^50 is around 75e

15^ench is not rly wanted, unless someone needs it to complete one of their collections i would rather merch it than waste time selling it or take whatever offer you can get for it, 15e should be a fair price

same goes for 20^hex not rly wanted, only for collectors, take what you can get, but it wont be much for these mods
