how to fix Discord High Packet Issue when people in Discord cut out when talking

for those having trouble hearing people in discord: example = if they cut out while talking I discovered a setting that u may want to disable: all u have to is go to the gear icon then to Voice and Video and find this option here: https://gyazo.com/6b0b8e2f777414bfaa1cfa5c1aff458f

I found this out when I sent over a ticket to Discord Support

also try to test voice activity slider make sure the green is higher in db then the yellow
