Official wiki says this about Celestial Sigil:
Anomaly.Celestial Sigils acquired before the 2013 update can be identified, which increase their base value of 1
Now, it just so happens I've kept my first ever Celestial Sigils for sentimental reasons, and have been keeping them since 2005. I'm guessing there's not many people who keep items because of their sentimental value, and all Sigils have either been used to purchase guild halls or salvaged for Gold ZCoins. So... Would an anomalous identified Celestial Sigil be worth something to people who collect very rare GW items?
