This quest started out at just being Boss Greens and after the GREAT Guild Wars community helped me complete this quest.

There are SO many people that have helped me accomplish this with either helping farm items, donating items, selling items

Here is a map I use for farming Jormungand's Thunder. I can confirm that he does pop at every location on this map... but still he is a rare boss and may not pop at all on every run and if there is a lone Frozen Elemental in the spots he will not pop at all.
