beside the -50hp cesta (don't know what they are going for today) non of the other skins is worth anything.
Regarding the mods: keep ench20% dagger (3-5e), +30hp spear (3-5e) and “guided by faith“ (1-3e). Vamp for hammer can also give 1 or 2e. But it's hard to sell these mods today. Market is flooded with mods.
