It has some value from a collection stand point. I won't give a value as I am interested in it but don't merch it.

This is often referred to as dual vamp as it will let you achieve -2 health regen. It's more highly sought after on single handed weapons so that you can also use the -50 hp cesta.
You're probably looking around 10-20 ectos from a collector, since it is req 9. -
