PC on OS q9 Storm bow with +14%^50

Hey,

I'm getting into some knowledge about OS-weapons and I wanted to ask, if that item is worth anything. I learned that shields are special but mostly only OS weapons with max mods are good which this isn't. Appreciate some comments though!
