I figured the staff might be interesting to mesmers running deep freeze in UrgozSC?
Price check on a couple OS factions items.

The staff is merch/salvage. Mesmers dont play staff if they are spiker. 40/40sets are the go. If even ever a Deep Freeze Mesmer would use HCT Water, they would use a 40/40 Water Set just for that one spell and change back to 40/40 dom for the other skills.
Zodiac Shield could be some ectos but max 10e i would say.
