PC on a couple OS Shinobi Blades,Fellblades, and a Hammer

I would value the caster Shinobi Blade around 200-300e considering the rarity of this sword.

15^50 Shinobi, 40-100e

15^wE Fellblade, 10-15e

Not sure about the hammer.

I'd advice you to wait for more opinions though.
