Maybe someone gives you 5e - 10e for it, but will be not so easy to sell. Drops in pongmei and other chestfarm areas quite often, so not rare at all, even if req9 and 15^50. got some of them myself...

use it yourself or give it to hero. or merch
imo takes waaay to long to sell this for that little value.
you can do pongmei runs for a bit and get them easily. -
