A max Req 7 armor 15, or req 8 armor 16 shield is worth more than a req 9 armor 16 shield.

A req 8 15-22dmg sword can drop. It is worth more than a req 9 15-22dmg sword.

Is is the req8 15-22 sword only worth more because you can use it with less attributes invested so you can use the attributes somewheres else, techincally making you more powerful overall?

Mods are based on rarity... gold, purple, blue, *not* based on req.

Max items can be worth selling at lower reqs.

A q7 ar15 shield gold is worth *much more* than a q9 ar16 gold shield of the same skin.

Hi all, I'm king of a noob (haven't played in 20 years)! Still trying to figure out loot in this game and what makes something worth keeping or equipping etc...is the item below any good?
