Very interesting...I'm curious about this, too. That represents max damage for a Q5 item, plus the max damage mod.
I can't even remember what players use them for anymore.
Occasionally, I find and sell ones with an inscription -even if they aren't max damage (just low req 5/6) - for 15–50 Ectos in-game. It really just depends on whether I need to make a quick sale. In this case, though, you should definitely be able to get ~70-100e or more (???)
Cons & pcons would give you the req for low reqs while still having 12/12 in other attributes, so if you want more single target damage some people take them for certain scenarios.
