q8 celestial swords are'nt very rare. They still drop today and are being botted heavily. This particular one has a post nerf gold value wich means there is no indication that this is a prenerf drop. The combination of a Req8 +5 energy on a one handed martial weapon is a popular one though and means this is still pretty valuable. 300-500 tops.
Agreed with the estimation on the q8 Amber Longbow.
The q9 Stormbow should be around 20-30e ~

The q8 swords and hammer are worth xx arms. But the only real way to determine value would be to let people bid in a public auction.

I sold an identical Feathered Longbow for 150a earlier this week. And i'd estimate the Half Moon to be between 30-60a as it's one of the more common skins.

The damage is max for a req7 bow. And this is indeed niche but there are plenty bow collectors and lovers out there for this bow to atleast reach somewhere between 200 and 300a imo. In a bidwar potentially even more. It's a nice piece.

Is it possible to add three mods to this axe? Damage +15 health > 50, sunder 20\20, and health +30 or something similar. Sorry I dont remember but a bare req 8 axe should be good if it can be modded
Not possible. You can add a sundering and health mod but not a damage mod as its not inscribable. Oldschool weapons need to identify with an inherent damage mod.

In general daggers don't attract too much interest. In wich case the PC's given above would'nt be too far off. But in the event of a skin like this being amongst the 4 final missing skins for a collector, then obviously that's a completely different matter. But that does'nt mean these PC's are false, they just understandably don't take these things into account.
Wich proves a public auction is always the best way to go to handle a sale.
