25e for a q9 10/10 is awfully cheap. Thats worth a lot more imo. You just got a lucky find, not representive of the value. I'd say the q10 can go for 40-60e atleast. Deep/urgoz are one of the few areas still untouched by bots and this is arguably one of, if not the best wand skin in the game.

If you trully got that from a chestrun, that's an amazing drop. It's a skin that's been botted to death but even those dipshit botters struggle to find perfect ones like this.
Difficult to say how much it's worth exactly. But definitely worth a good amount of arms. You should list it for sale and base your price on the offers you'll get. I would advise taking your time with the auction though, don't rush the sale if you're looking to get the most out of it. Good luck. -
