So it's more than just the mini its also new unique items?????

I'm going to sound like a person who's never happy or blazed. These new mods and the leadership requirement for shields, for example, bore me. I was done with the weapons of my PvE characters and heroes, no desire to change or adapt.
(It also gives too much advantage to new skins, such as leadership shields.)I can relate, I was excited for unique mods on pre order items like the chimeric prism or the canthan targe, but it looks like it’s just the skin that was released as of right now. All I’ve wanted for the past 10 years was a darn chimeric prism that looks like this.
Quite underwhelming really. And we didn’t even get team arenas, just a teaser photo of it.
That said, the builds the new mods open up is kind of neat for niche builds on martial classes.
Wait, this is all they have done with the pre-order items lmao?
I thought the skins could drop with whatever mods now and at max level. Quite underwhelming if not the case. -
Examples:
The "Vampires" (Hopping Vampire, Thought Stealer) drop low req in NM (Skins of Stoneroot Chest). But for that you have to kill them before they kill themselves with Suicide Health (note of wiki: Creatures dying due to the effects of this skill will not drop items or give experience.). I've dropped quite a few of them, but nothing extraordinary yet.
Can req 0 items drop from those guys?

I have a better idea, turn all my items into arms. Then buy coffers of whispers for the infinite arms hack.
