Some new items to clear inventory

Today I finally got a +16hp shield mod after 2-3 weeks of farming. I actually got quite a few nice low reqs before the shield even dropped (q5/13 militia, q6/14 adamantine, q8 20%hsr fuchsia, etc), which proves to me that when you start looking for something, its drop chances become almost zero.
The 16 was the last one I needed for these wintergreen numbers. Thanks to Joker for donating 10% adept staff head earlier, I still didn't get that one after a whole year of identifying all my blue nf/eotn staff drops.

I need some help brainstorming for locations where you can attack enemies from higher up with a bow, in order to see how elevation difference affects damage. Keep in mind there must be a line of sight from top to bottom within longbow range. Bonus points if the enemies are close to lvl20/armor60.
So far I've come up with the following:
- the bridge in Divinity Coast
- the tree bridge in Sage Lands
- the lift in Arborstone
- the wooden turtle in Gyala

No I don't store them anymore because of lack of space and interest (except for staff).
Also question is there below 20 For Fortitude ? like 17 or 18 or 19 ?
Any "of fortitude" mod with +19 or lower must be prenerf. The only other way to get them today is if it is from a collector/weaponsmith/quest reward, you can check the 3rd table in this post (link) to check which ones are still available.

don't ask how long i've been checking all blue drops in proph and cantha for an air +1 (15%) wrap...
you might want to check my wts for things like that, just lmk here or in game if you need anything that i have listed.
Btw +1/15 air can also drop on purple, and also in nf/eotn

You can also use the long sword from Hylas for extra armor vs dwarves, if you didn't reach the bonus armor cap yet.

Indeed, or any krytan chest drop with unid value 12 gold, regardless of whether that item is q3 itself.

The original question has been answered (factions chests cannot drop q3 golds), so can I ask a related question:
q4 golds you can get from krytan chests only, thatre lvl15 i think
Krytan chests do indeed drop q4 max golds, therefore they must be lvl12-14. But which level are they exactly? (Perhaps someone can post a list of all chest levels so we can get an idea of drop possibilities from Red's tables?) (sorry to continue this off-topic line, Chevy... if there is another thread about this, I'll take this post there)
