Some of these get quite high offers (see e.g. here). Obviously, q13 isn't worth much, and illusion isn't the most popular attribute. Still, I think you could get more than 50e for it.

The local necromancer could be Verata. He doesn't exactly act friendly towards the other primary profession trainers: when they meet, Van tells him "You'll not have a chance at my corpse anytime soon."
Why Pitney would have a crystalline sword, that is a very good question. He doesn't even know how to fight until after the Searing. And I don't know why but I've always found him a bit suspicious, I think you're right he is definitely hiding something!

q8 ancient shields are common because of that desolation dead sword farm, but q3-6 (and 7?) cannot drop there, so are actually much rarer. You might get low offers because of that, and it might be difficult to sell for a good price. Command is less popular than tactics though. I didn't want to sell my q6 for less than 8a, and ended up just keeping it, not a real pc but maybe it helps you make up your mind. Sorry!
q8 blue foci are very common, difficult to sell even for few ecto, maybe not worth the effort.

Care to explain ?
It's req 0 max dmg which is nice in itself, but the main thing is that it is not obvious where this req/dmg range could ever drop: the skin drops from titans which are lvl 24+ and can't drop such low dmg ranges. They also sometimes drop from hidden stashes in pre-searing, but those cannot drop req 0 max dmg weapons. Although actually, now that I think about it, I've never really played pre so I can't 100% confirm that magmas arms don't drop from charr or other creatures. If so, that would make it less remarkable, although I can tell you this did not drop in pre-searing. So no, I expect 99,99% of Guildwars playerbase is not merching/deleting that, because they would never get a drop like that.
