Final bump from me. Anything that had bids on it is now closed, please redouble your efforts to find me ingame or at least PM me. There are still some items left without bids if there is any interest in those, I will probably be selling them a bit quicker.

I believe the ones from gifts spawned on the sixth birthday of a character are technically different items from the ones you get from exchanging vouchers for the giftboxes. So they will stack among themselves, but not with each other. Both still drop, but I guess they handle them as different items internally. In a similar way, the giftboxes themselves stack while the normal presents don't.
