the +14% will not draw in as many as a 15% but who knows who may want it,
only way to find out is put it up for sale and find out exactly what your item is worth.

For example: the DV GPB got a PC of 500a and it reached 250 bid but remained unsold because the seller thought it was a cheep offer. -

Its all worthless until the point of sale that determines the price for that exact item at that exact date and time.
Plus what makes this part of the forum even more worthless is that to put items up for sale dose not mean you have to sell at any price if you suddenly decide not to.
You really are only gaining information on the current market for your items by putting them up for sale.

imo ,as a previous outcast shield collector i wouldn't expect much if any interest in this item, put it up for sale and find out what people are willing to pay for this item.
but PC is no place for anything in my eyes the pc side should be deleted immediately.
