The damage is max for a req7 bow. And this is indeed niche but there are plenty bow collectors and lovers out there for this bow to atleast reach somewhere between 200 and 300a imo. In a bidwar potentially even more. It's a nice piece.
Dye affects the entire axe. The default color can be closely replicated using red dye. The icon will not change color when dyed.

Dye affects the default gold areas. These areas includes the axe's butt, the serpent design on the blade and the studs. The default color can be closely replicated using yellow dye. The icon will change color when dyed; any color dye other than yellow should have noticeable effect on the inventory icon.
I've started collecting quite a few different things over the years.
When I was a kid, I had a collection of porcelain dolphins (it was hell having to dust them), they must still be in boxes at my parents' house.

At 18 i start to make the full set of xbox 360 games + consoles variations + collectors + game steelbooks. I continue a little with xbox one generation but i think i never end them (no space for storage / time to spend)
