This is going to be very hard to sell. The 11% hsr is very low (15% being maxed in presearing, excluding the few 16% examples). Generally the lowest HSR that's usually sought after for a good pre staff is 13%. The energy and damage is also low, 8 energy is max (6 energy if the hsr was higher isn't a huge deal). Pretty much the only thing this staff has going for it is the 18% hct. I would consider this a good personal staff until you can upgrade because this will probably take more time then it is worth to sell. If I had to put a price on it, I'd guess it would be somewhere around 10k if you can find a buyer. If it were my drop I would merch it, keep in mind that's also due to owning better staffs already.
