The oni blade is not prenerf.
To the OP though, in this case it would likely be worth more than the axe, which is.
(10/9 sundering mod on the axe is also prenerf). If you intend to sell the axe, I would separate the mod (make sure to use a perfect salvage kit) and auction that separately.
