Bronze Shields can be random drops as well. Though, you've reminded me that I should probably add the requirements to the inscription section lol.

I'd guess around 5a area for the q8 Wicked, give or take some arms.
I'd say 2-5a area for the q8 Jeweled. Doesn't have favored mods, making it a pretty tough sale.

Identifying the outcast and jelly wand makes all of the difference, otherwise I'd price it at the going rate of selling unid golds. 7 for 5k or something?
q13 shields and wands can still have good value if the mods are perfect.
I wanna say 10-20a for the Wingblade q8. I think the last few may have sold around 15a?

So, mini's are very hard sales in pre, especially any of the high end's.
I've seen people trying to sell their mini Kuuna's for 125-150bd with out any luck in finding a buyer. The highest offer I've had over the past year, on my Mini Oni in pre has been 150bd (even with the Presearing forum PC of 450-550bd). Most of the people in pre with the amount of Black Dyes that you'll be after in these sale, already have these mini's, and they're trying to sell them as well :p
I've sold single mod Shields w/ +9ar vs Charr for 3-5bd (all base armor 10ar or lower).
I'd suspect quite a bit more for the dual mod.
The cane is probably going to be hard to sell. Most interest for Wands tend to be w/ max or near max Pre Dmg w/ both the hct/hsr mods. 7-11 dmg is very low.
I'd merch or see if you can get 100g-2k (depending how much time you want to invest in trying to sell such an item).

A bunch of singlemodded shields and this one is not even max dmg. My lucky day!

q8 Chaos I'd say 3-7a
q8 Plagueborn I'd say 2-4a
Unless a collector of those skins are missing the 14% mods, getting the higher end (or more) can be a real challenge.
Recent bundle of q8 Chaos 15wS/15wE sold for 25a.; they seem to average around 10-15a a piece most sales, sometimes getting into the higher range of 20-25a+ if not a lot are selling and a collector really wants to add the piece to their Chaos Collection.

Unless there's a huge difference in price between q9 and q10 Inspiration Froggy, 5a may be wishful thinking. I've been trying to get 50e for my q10 for weeks.
Most people seem to be looking for a Domination or Illusion Frog Scepter (if mes). Very few are looking to buy an inspiration froggy. Plenty trying to sell theirs though.

Your best bet would be to check with Chevy before merching. Maybe you could get 1-10e for it, if it fits a collection?
Though, it's not currently max dmg for q8 Bows, so most likely will have little to no interest.

I'd say 15-30a. Pretty hot item skin wise, with collectors wanting multiple base mods.
Also, it looks like you'd have 2 people who'd bid against each other to add the piece to their q8 chaos collection on this thread alone. (my q8 15^e Chaos could use a friend ;D )

I think this may be one of those "Priceless" items that would get tons of attention from all the collectors.
Based from previous years PC on this forum "1000a+ if somebody who has one would sell"

q8 Celestial Shield is going to be tough sale as single non-perfect mod, imo. I'd guess 20-50e.
q8 Celestial Axe 5-20a, but most likely 10a'ish range.
Feel like it should go w/o saying, but these are by no means "set" prices for the items. Best bet is to just post in Sale thread and let the auction run for quite some time. Celestial Axe could draw more from what I stated, as it's a nice collection skin due to all of the different weapon types one could get. There may be a bit of collectors after this because of that.

I could be wrong. Honestly was just going off of what I saw Oni Blades/similar +5e Swords in Sale were trying for. 30a seems pretty cheap tbh though.

As lame of an answer it is, I'd recommend just putting the q8's on a sale thread to see what the bids come to over weeks of activity. A lot of the prices depend on how long you want to take to sell the q8, and/or if there are multiple collectors after the same piece.
I'd guess somewhere between 50-100a for the q8 +5e Golden Phoenix Blade.
The 15/-5, 15/-10 mod q8's don't have as much love, unless the skin is wanted (such as the Zodiac). As I've interest in placing bids on both of these items if you decide to sell, I'll let the others give a PC.
