I'm on my 3rd Dhumm ranger attempt in pre actually...

He is almost level 19 now. I've invested too much into him to delete him (and I now have the Ascalonian War Horn so unless I take him to post I can't get that off him for other characters). Plus I have literally never deleted a character on my account - I have 15 characters, most are >18 years old. I don't like to delete them because I see it as a wasted opportunity to get later birthday presents!

So... another character slot it is! I will re-do my Dhuum Ranger in Pre and this time not be stupid about use of Frenzy/Healing Signet.

What happens to Phalacrocorax is another matter... Maybe I'll keep him in Pre at lvl 19 for fast farming with the imp... Or level him to 20 for LDoA and keep him in Pre like that... Or get LDoA then take him to post so I can use the Ascalonian War Horn there... But that'll mean having 2 Rangers in post and why would anyone want that?! Ahhh

Well that was a rollercoaster... It seems I sold my soul to Dhuum for an Ascalonian War Horn - I'll take it.

Very disappointing to lose my Dhuum though I must say, at level 18 too. One of my allies died and their bone minions turned aggressive. I didn't see it coming and two of them hit me together at once. Stupidly - and this was my mistake - I had Frenzy active already and then decided to hit Healing Signet, so I got whacked by 2 x 200 hp. Dead before I knew it.

The Dhuum animation is pretty cool though!

For anyone interested I got the green horn having only done like 10 runs of the dungeon, if that.

Almost a repeat of yesterday this morning but by some miracle I was actually able to restore the previous session! I had a random serious error, sent report, got taken back to login screen, logged back in, got prompted that the previous session was disconnected, attempted to reconnect, no success, given a second attempt to reconnect, success!

First mobile experience!

Overall very positive but with a disappointing end - albeit a classic, nostalgic one; triggered memories from 20 years ago of disconnecting halfway through a vanquish resulting in a crying 14 year old. 30 mins wasted felt like you'd wasted a lifetime back then.

Completing Zaishen Vanq.. Two disconnects (with successful reconnect) but then a fatal crash whilst searching for the last mob. RIP.

Managed to clear the 290 mobs in just over 30 mins. Had barely started my second conset.

Mobile seems to play really smoothly! The control layout is brilliant. Easily playable one-handed. Almost as if it was destined for Mobile. I like to have utility skills and attack skills separate. Took until about halfway through the Vanq to get used to the targeting.

I was playing on absolute lowest graphics settings (for smoother gameplay). Reduced the frame rate as much as possible. Also playing with zoom as far out as possible, and "small" text/icon size.

Playing on Google Pixel 10a. Phone didn't seem to overheat, even though it's 30°C in my room. Phone went from ~95% to ~70% battery.

As you can see I still ran the mesmerway team comp and it performed brilliantly as always, even despite none of my heroes having any runes (the warrior is one of my lowest priority characters). Noticed a major difference with my MM hero not lagging behind!!

Refinements needed IMHO:

Unfortunately auto attack doesn't seem possible? Glad I brought the 5 energy attack else I don't know how I'd initiate combat.

Mission map would be good to display on screen permanently and be able to resize.

Skill icons soon disappear across the top of the screen - I guess I can change UI to reposition those?

Being able to drag and drop the little icons for each menu item e.g. having a floating inventory icon would be very useful.

Overall impression: very good indeed. Priority fix the crashing and disconnecting. Time to vq morostov again!

Thanks guys. I'll start doing this, although I still don't think this solves the question of how farm zkeys legitimately as quickly as the person I was talking to suggested.

So I bought a few zkeys off another player and they told me that they knew a way that I could farm 25 keys per account per day (max 100 zkeys/day because I have 4 accounts) which would take me 1-2 hrs max. They said they'd tell me but only if I paid them. I thought there might be someone here on the forums who knew how to do this without me having to pay someone for information.

I guess it has something to do with farming Balthazar faction because you can use that to buy 25 keys per day per account. But in what way can I farm balth faction really quickly?

I'm trying to max my Zrank. I'm currently just under halfway there and have been working on the title for literally years. I need about 800a more to buy 40 stacks of zkeys, but I only have 140a to my name so it's going to take me several more years to complete it. If I could farm 100 zkey per day that would make it much faster for me.

And for the avoidance of doubt, they said the way they knew how to do this was entirely legitimate with no use of bots or anything else that breaks Anet rules. Of course, I'm looking only for completely legimitate ways to do this!
