Yeah, but in my eyes it's the first source I think is not a trap, let's see. The blades will still not drop often, but at least a few should drop within the next weeks so it can be confirmed...

Do non-max leadership shields exist??
Since the anniversary update, new builds with 5 strength-shields are quite funny, such builds could also be created if there were non-max (4 or 5 leadership) shields, but I've never seen any yet. Has someone ever seen one dropping??

We can also mention that the known farms in Cantha (mantids and dragon moss) got the same loot table as before.
I tried a lot, and ATM I never saw a new skin.
Someone else have the same conclusion?
This is also my experience (mantids and dragon moss), also 0 new skins in hours casually playing normal mode (where ever I tried, inclusive chests). All new skins I got where from WoC and vaettirs...

I would say 50e is too low, even if one mod is 1 off perfect, I would have said in today's market this is a low a shield. Wait for other opinions...
