Do non-max leadership shields exist??
Since the anniversary update, new builds with 5 strength-shields are quite funny, such builds could also be created if there were non-max (4 or 5 leadership) shields, but I've never seen any yet. Has someone ever seen one dropping??

We can also mention that the known farms in Cantha (mantids and dragon moss) got the same loot table as before.
I tried a lot, and ATM I never saw a new skin.
Someone else have the same conclusion?
This is also my experience (mantids and dragon moss), also 0 new skins in hours casually playing normal mode (where ever I tried, inclusive chests). All new skins I got where from WoC and vaettirs...

I would say 50e is too low, even if one mod is 1 off perfect, I would have said in today's market this is a low a shield. Wait for other opinions...

nope, far from max damage for a pre bow (and there are even two max damage bows from collector editions...), merch...
Axe fiends and blade storms are not my ele's best friends in pre, at least I got a very nice shield against them today. And since the armor doesn't count because of vanguard quest, it's my first perfect shield with useful mods!
Someone who offers 3a for this is either crazy/stupid or WAY too rich (or both), I personally always merched such stuff (hello mantid farm, treasure runs)...
