they are actually pretty common - 5-10a can get you one. they can also easily be farmed in kilroys punchout.
I've tried every favor for the last month, haven't seen anything, pretty much gave up, and everyone that has one asks way too much money

I've been doing alot of Pongmei Valley in NM.
I was wondering if the Q8's that i get non max dmg/armor are even worth listing. (Even though there are staves with 20% matching mods and dual mods in general.)
