Eternal shield doesn't fit imo, i would go maybe for an ancient shield / skeleton shield to fit with draconic spear

i had a conversation with Praise sometimes ago he asked me to check if i have any +1/20 spawning off hand and i didn't, because they use not to exist.
But things have changed now ! because it looks like new skins are rolling +1/20 on off hand with base magic !
So here are a few questions i wonder :
Do +1/20 now exists in soul reaping / divine favor / energy conservation / inspiration... ?
is a 20/20 base magic possible on OS off hand now with the new weapons ?
Do new skin wands roll also base magic attribute or not ?

Doleance can also be a good weapon
The only pro of wielder remedy is that it removes conditions upon cast rather than upon hit for weapon of remedy (if am right ?)
Then élite wise there isnt really a lot of choices except quickness weapon (kinda useless with conset / not many spells) or fury weapon (kinda useless seeing how adre stacks up)
Better look at other profession then
