There is no curses on your bar you are deathmagic. An necro is played way less then mesmer. So i am afraid this will not be one of those PvP Thingies.
Mesmer tho runs heavy Dom but tends to spend low points in inspire to have energy management like drain ench or power drain. In some modes you also run a self heal with ether feast.
Since you often only spend a few points into inspiration its not enough to have the full 12 energy from your offhand in a classic 20/20 req8 or 9 inspi. So here comes the (only in OS available) q8/9/10/11 dom 20/20 inspi offhands in play. You have plenty of dom so get full energy ⚡ ⚡

But srsly with all the cons, summon stones, anniv weps, heroAI buff, skill buffs, ... most things feel like a relaxed walk if you halfway set up your thing properly. I'd like to see a more balanced game - where content is challenging. where you have to think. but then again I don't have the time. dammitTry Melandru / Dhuum Warrior and i bet you will not suffer that easy walk thru experience anymore 😉

Unfortunately the inscription is lying and it is not really increasing the value sadly.
With an inscr slot the value would have been higher.
Still the skin is among the most popular and loved sword skins. Its still , in my eyes, a collector piece and I would assume it cann find a new home.
My estimation is around the single digit arms range depending on interest
