Armor is % reduction I can confrim. Also from what I can tell you armor has a cap. U can't stack up armor infinite. ( maybe some can say where) exactly that is but for a benchmark Assassine/Ele with 70armor +10(insignia) + 8fromshield +10from inscr + ~80from earth armor is cap from what was told to me.

Also what is out there is duo reductionen Shields so u can go to armor cap with abilitys and then -2wE - 2wS for - 4 flat damage reduce on top of the armor cap.

Not to forget triple modded Shields ( but I think these are 2 inscr + 1 handle) and as u Said only inscr can do dmg reduce while handle provides Health.

I would say 5-20e overall q8 blue inscr offhand struggle a lot from what I have seen so far.

Ps: The item u have is max because it is inscr, so u can just change all non max mods for max mods. Non max would refer more to OS weapons with like 19/19 mods and u can't change them. Or in your case a q8/11energy focus( and that one would me merch)

as triple attri ( water / fire/air) it would go for a price like ~10e maybe if collectors like Oldschool Cool take it. He collectors mostly triple PROF and not triple ATTR. but also has some of triple attrr items afaik.

with this kind of mix the shown wand has, it ist very hard to find a buyer and value maybe ~5e

worth to be kept as emotional value when its ur first "20/20" dropped wand.

EDIT: these days an item is worth of what u are capeable of selling it for and if some one looks exactly that combo ( wich i doubt some one is out there) then it can even go higher ofc. items these days dont have fixed prices. but i merched wands like these because i found no buyer in a longer time.

20/20 blood mixed 50e R/B --> maybe for benchmark/ comparision an all attribute wand(platwand) match is way rarer then on a basic wand(waterwand) and here a matching 20/20 version is at 40e atm and has a RB of 50e. Blood and water should be around on same level in terms of beeing searched maybe blood even be more searched.

Mostly the use is for GvG for not getting time killed. Same for HA but HA became much more casual and less competitive.

Or for generell cases where u wanna die, like when u get rushed and afk or some people use it for botting to kill there alt accounts in Codex arena for example.

I would also agree on auction. These items got some crazy bidwars in the past.

It for sure is worth selling. Skin is on the more rare side and q9 15^50 is the go to mod for many players. Just martials in generell these days are mostly played as wands (+5en 20% ench) on shield sets and players really skilling sword mastery and hitting with swords became more and more rare. Even in PvP sword is more of a meme then a real thing.

So the potential buyer is either a PvE warrior ( Hundred blades) or a Collector most likely.

Best case scenario is a PvE warrior looking that exact skin in kamadan maybe will be willing to pay up to40e for having the item asap and having it to can play it right away instead spending hours in kamadan.

Normal scenario is a Collector that u may find here. Post it for sale and reasonable normal sale price should be around 20e-25e-ish.

Low end scenario selling it of to a trader in kamadan for 1-5e very fast and not having trouble finding a buyer yourself but giving the biggest portion of value to someone else.

And the end cool drop u don't get everyday. GZ and GL selling
