Exact prices in 2020 only accure on lthings like Zkeys, armbraces and cons and even this have a slight range like Zkeys are ~3arms ( ~38e each) to 135e a stack sale price. And that are one of the most stable in fixed price selling things.
On items there is no fixed prices anymore Volti Spears, e blades and such may here be the most fixed in prices here.
OS weapons are rather different. It's ur part to find the right buyer for example the zodi daggers 15 ench maybe only Cash neexs them for his collection then ~10e would be very good price and fast sale for u. ( Fast sale good cause time is money my friend) maybe u list em for sale here not only cash wants them but also Kugiini and these to guys go in a heavy bidwar because they don't want either of them to have em
then they end up bring 30e Wich is frankly said way over the value but at the end its the sale price. Or u list em here for sale and kamadan no one is Interessted then u stuck with them for weeks or month.OVERALL RULE: Value is at the end what u sell the item for
So at the end Price is what u are capable of them selling for at the end.
Let's see if u are a causal gamer urgoz fun way player that sells fast and wants to get back playing urgoz so ends up with 5e sale OR u sir are Mr. Master trader aka king kamadan and will end up selling these babys for 50e.
My estimate is ~10e on the daggers
The Shields is a not too much looked skin, nice Stat combo but sadly 1off hp Wich loweres the value significantly. This item will have a very large range for a sale when u manage to find a ornate buckler shield lover that's really want a q9 but doesn't want to pay the money for a max statted one he will maybe pay 25-35e. It can also end up for 10-15e when some one just wants a OS ench combo shield the skin is not really a seller and not loved by many. Or Wich is also possible it ends up as a dead stock in ur storage and no one will even nibble at it

On WoC farm today ( HM with foes from 26-28 lvl) this dropped
first a q13 non max is weird for me to see and a non max on that high lvl enemies and then also HM ? dunno it overall felt weird
Maybe some one can tell me some thing to it ? is that normal ? i farmed around 5k + gold items there in the last month and this didnt even happend once before

It's 4 off health, stance unfortunately and 1 armor off max armor for the req. Some cutie lovers might pay 1-5e. But I think on non max health mod and non max armor it's probably another piece in shatams big collection

The q9 maybe a hench, if u plan on selling finding a buyer will be very tuff ( and I mean really really tuff) and value around 1-5e tops so my suggestion is Hench or Merch

OS T i just assumed and took parallels from the q10 DF platn wand 20/20 prot that was sold "recently" for 260a+
Prott is not really a wand attribute and Q9 is often worth 50% more then a q10 in comparision (where u can compare like u said that item can be 1 of a kind so no q10 for comparision. )
so like q9 would be increase in value and heal would be a big + since heal is really played on 40/40 sets while prott tends to be more of a staff attribute.
when i add these pluses to 260a i end up at 300a+
also note that platwands can be bot farmed thru WoC while i think there is no known zodi farm bot.
but its all just imagining and dreaming. at the end a sale will show how much it will bring so its schroedingers wand. its 100a+ and 300a+ at the same time until one comes up for sale

Dunno if the 15 hp 10 vs charr is a prenerff ultra rare Bug item or a collector. thats the only 2 explanation i have for max and duo mod blue shield

The duo mod Shields there will be discussions on the value. Some people look conditions and - X mods for collections and the emblazoned skin also some people like. U can try post these for sale and see where it goes. Some ectos can be reached. None of the here shown will breack the 100e mark but maybe low double digit can be reached of interest ist there on Gothic and emblazoned. The embossed and reinforced maybe on the 1 digit ecto value

or even better 96g less Would agree with pre-post and say just zodi staff 1-2a since it's Q10 and heal is not really a staff attribute compared to prott. Heal is more of a wand attribute

salvage zeal and 20%ench wich can end up to be 1ecto each. that in mind the value of the daggers is ~2ectos and 404gold
generally non max martials are merch. in 99% so before some one comes to say: BUT q7 and q8 weapons not. yeah i say it before u: q8 and q7 weapons are an exception also 13% prenerf mods. so now u know all exceptions u mostly wont/cant drop and didnt want to hear about but thats how the internet works these days so here we go
