Honestly, I just use +60 hp staff with a 10% hct. 40% hct for rit is obscene, unless you’re in uw and need to cast a few hundred spirit rifts.

Why deep normal mode, if I may ask? This sounds like you want them for hall of monopuments, right? You can pretty easily pug deep in HM, it’s a very forgiving dungeon, just tell the team you’d like some instruction.
