Very sexy shield, having a low req with max mods is really rare!
However that's more of a collector items since its not really useful.

eshield are only strength, but gloom can be both
the main reason to farm TopK rather than UW is, in UW you can only drop + undead mod, while in ToPK you can drop vs all proph creature mods (dwarf, charr, skele, tengu etc)
Same way I clear level 2.
