An item like this typically will have a hard time selling, and wont sell for very much. Reason being the default tall shield (+10v charr, +15hp uncon) is incredibly good. This might be useful for a few vanguard missions, but usually people aren't hyper efficient with each vanguard mission. If it were -3 hexed and slightly higher hp hexed (this is 5 off max) you might be able to fetch some good BD for it ~5-10+.

Personally I merch items like this one, but you may find someone willing to pay anywhere from like 5k-3BD from it. It would just be incredibly rare to make that sale, so I deem it not worth my time.

I'm not an 'expert' per say but I have been invest a ton of time into the pre economy over the last few months and have helped change some of the price listings on sites mentioned above by others!

I've got 2 sitting on toons, I think also both round shields a9/10 with +25/-4(18%) and +25/-5(17%) and I thought they were cool but not worth much.
