It has to be low, just basing this on the number of people you run into at embark, kamadan, outposts etc. Maybe a couple hundred concurrent ~200-500 players at any given time seems about right.

This is just ballparking/looking at the most populated things/having been in a few large alliance guilds that had 5-10 people on per guild roughly.

As others have pointed out there is no way to know for sure unless Anet drops user stats. Similar to how TF2 appears to have 70k daily players, but doesn't seem to be the case with actual numbers being estimated at 10k concurrent, GW1's population is quite low/there aren't that many players left.

If you get into buying/selling OS you generally meet the 50 or so traders or fewer, and you start to recognize users/power traders. The in game market, buying/selling things is extremely slow, so much so that I am very skeptical of the MMO numbers from the mmo population website.

Pick I would say a 1-5e but hard sale, people always want 15^50 on these.

Celestial hammer unfortunately drops as INSC from Zchest nuking its value, so this mod is probably 1-5 e hard sale

Jade sword should be 10-20e roughly, but might take some time as it also drops INSC so if someone doesn't care about OS they'll just buy it insc.

Your best bet for selling would be the q9 oni daggers, jade sword, and Jade Daggers.

Morning Star might be worth something, but it also drops as insc, generally if something drops as insc, the OS version needs to have OS only mods (Dual zeal/vamp) or be q9 caster or 15^50.

Oni maybe 1-5e hard to sell that mod unless q9, even so likely hard to find a buyer.

While Hexed is generally Merch food, I think CASH collects them though maybe pm them :).

Ceremonial probably 2-10e, I see someone selling them in kama chat 10e, but that doesn't guarantee how much they are worth, depends on finding buyer.
Ceremonial also drops as INSC, which is notorious for NUKING os values (thanks anet) :). +5 on daggers isn't really the best mod, best are 15^50, 15%-e regen, 15%-health regen. +5 on a sword/axe low req OS only skin is generally bank.

I could be wrong, but doesn't clean mean 15^50?
I'm pretty sure no inherent mod is not worth anything/merch food.
