I had a few accounts associated with email address no longer valid.
I provided character names, my address at the time and was able to reset email addresses with the accounts.
Not the same as you, but my experience with support has always been positive.
The more info you give them regarding your account the better I'd imagine.

Finally, after 18 years, I bought EotN and finished it!
Really had a blast doing the quests.
Best part is the Norn story line. Olaf, sevenfold son of Olaf, are you up to a hunt? Lmao
Enjoyed the challenge fighting the destroyers.

Seeing that no one has replied, I would venture that it's a tougher sell. DZ's dont bring the same attention as DV's do.

there are other skins that don't drop gold OS in name, but have identical looks to skins that do. hatchet, rusty axe and tribal blade are the ones i can think of right now.
the tribal was q10 14^stance iirc.
I'm quite annoyed, that after I returned to the game after 10 years, I got got by some bastardo that convinced me mauso items weren't expensive and I sold him like 10 purple and gold mauso spears and scythes, and a 3 mod shield and foci for like 250 ectos >_>

Sucks.
I sold a bunch of quality R8 stuff when I came back, for way less than I should have. People will always take advantage of people who aren't knowledgeable of the current economy.
The bottom line, and I say this in my case alone, is that I should have taken more time to acclimate to a different economy than when I had stopped playing.
It's a useful lesson, albeit, painful, considering , it's a 20 year old video game.
