Unfortunately the account was hacked and then banned.. thats why I stop playing GW1.
Further I do not have the cd-keys anymore that arenanet identify me as account owner.
Unlucky..
I had several accounts that i had lost passwords for, once I provided them character names, physical address where the accounts were registered, my name etc, they were able to transfer the accounts to new emails.
I know its a different scenario than yours, but cant hurt trying support.
You can salvage the vamp off the dagger and sell that for a few ectos. Everything else looks to merch.

I came back a few years ago from GW2 and ran Discordway with the three Nec heroes, I had been running that since I stopped playing in 2012.
Within the last 6 months i switched over to the 3 mesmers heroes with Xandra as Soul Twisting, Livia as BiP and Olias as 7 hero non merc MM(maybe, its non merc, not sure, just check PVXwiki for the 7 team MM that has a P secondary
The difference is night and day , so much easier, it's worth the effort to get Norgu, Xandra and even Rahzah.
Equipping the 3 mesmers isnt all that bad if you utilize collector weapons( there are some good base 20/20's that can have adept added.
Adjust builds to fit your play style.

I've noticed this on a couple of accounts, there are some names I have no idea who they are and when I go to delete them off, they will not be deleted.
I've tried on multiple toons to delete them. Any ideas?
EDIT:
After looking on the wiki:
Banned accounts cannot be removed from Friends/Ignored lists. Attempting to remove a banned account from the list will trigger the "district full" error sound with no error message.
Leads to my next question, if they are banned why are they showing up online?

Hmm, I have barely played EotN with this character. Only gone to Boreal Station and Eye of the North outposts.
I think I have REALLY played this character only back in ~2005-2007, so the item must be around from that time?Have you Id'ed it?
