Shields: defenders Red Fireball or maybe Mr. Clean(-Value) has interest. The x00gv can fetch 2-3a id say. Other shields id merch/low xxe
Undead shields: I will not PC on 2nd one, as I have interest.
The first one is way too off (4 on req, 2 on hp, 1 on creature mod), take it as selfuse or merch.

It is a single mod item. It is worthless.
Foci in prophecies and factions (excl. deep/urgoz endchest which are inscriptable) are supposed to drop with 2 inherent mods, otherwise they hold definetly no value. Same applies for wands.
With regards to general advise: try to check some other threads to get some idea.

Background:
Kappa is a rare skin, but:
- q10 massively kills value compared to q9 as collectors and most well-off people simply want q9.
- exists as inscrip. version unless the popular Bladed/Echo/Amber/Outcast which dont do.

You can merch all golds except maybe runic axe and gothic dual axe that fetch few e.
Scythe of curruption is nice for hero/selfuse.
Tahkayuns idk if there is a prenerf veesion Unholy might know.

Id say the shield is rather get what you can. Is unfortunate. Value would say 1-2a. Perfect would be 90a+
