Do the new mods only drop on weapons or shields too?

Have we even seen any Glacial Blade drops yet? The sword, not the daggers? I don't see any advertised on Kamadan trade chat, nor here on legacy.
Ramon told me got one q9... but didnt catch him yet ingame. Might be able to check later. Could be still from his anet times contact to devs and some knowledge we dont have.

New item only auction can tell. As inscriptable, q10 and more of them to drop I guess wont be that high. Maybe few a by someone who wants the skin asap..

If you intend to sell: Put for auction, dont sell to pms.Q7 for sure in significant xxxa range.

I would say an expertise and soul reaping mod on melee weapons can be quite useful for energy management. I would rate the SR mod more useful than the Exp. mod.
Not sure yet if ES/FC mods are more useful than 20/20. My gut feeling would say: not.
ES mod could be interesting For high energy sets, of course.
Might be interesting though to switch weapons, i.e. spike with 40/40 and when enemies are about to go down switch to the SR set to gather energy.
