They do not drop (afaik) with inscription slot, but what Bite-me certainly wants to say is that it's missing an inherent modifier.

But even then it usually needs to be the hct 20% for the staff's exact attribute and a collector in need to squeeze out more than xx ectos.

correct, only oldschool, but without at least 10% any or 20% matching it is not sellable. Unless you find a very specific naked guy, which trust me, not worth the time
