No. He’s saying that by default the only one here that might not be prenerf is the fellblade. The only prenerf characteristic it could have is a higher gv than is currently possible on q8 drops.
Sure, it could have a lower gv and still be prenerf, but it would need some other identifying quality for that to be the case. The only thing that could be is the inherent, but because it’s 15^50, we know that’s not an option either.In any case, it's something quite recurrent in many conversations where some people devalue certain items because they are supposedly "not prenerf". Not everyone has the infinite knowledge of certains here.
Edit to respond to your edit: Devaluing something because it’s not prenerf is pretty typical/logical. Why would a fellblade, of equal functionality, that is still obtainable, be worth as much as one that isn’t still obtainable?
I’m not sure what your issue with it is.Exactly thats what I said. The fellblade is the only q8 max sword in the thread. As we all should know by now only swords, shields and foci still drop q8 max.
Considering that the other items are q8 max non-sword martials this automatically makes them prenerf, whereas a fellblade can still drop q8 max.

Or just keep them, commit a custo crime and enjoy these beauties. All are prenerf (in case the fellblade is, which I could only tell by its gold value)
To give you an idea:
Overall the worth of your items is in the thousands of arms. Alone the mursaat hornbow is 3ka+ (according to a bid war with c/o in another thread).

Yes single mod shields are usually worthless unless q8 or lower or some freaky niche collector saves it.
