These new modifiers just came out, so I'm guessing no prices are set yet, but checking nonetheless as this seems decent for a shutdown Me/N hero ?

+5 SR wand is currently 50e-3a so I can't imagine +4 being worth all that much especially since the prices will go down or stabilize at best
