i dont agree personally to the 65aish theory
+9 is compared to +10 a MAJOR value killer. +29 or even +28hp on hp mod combined with a +10 are imo more valuable than the +9 combi.
realistically I dont see more than few a tops for it. also because from a usage perspective people would replicate these stats (fire) with insc magmas with +10. it is just not that collectable for most people.
q13 curses I also see in single digit arms imo
