that guy... can drop some insanely rare stuff. I farm him every here and there, due rarity a gold equine aegis in same stats would be my pick - whereas everyone knows what I am more after is a gold tower shield of those stats.

Yea wiki says there is 11. 1 per class + rezz signet. You can get the skill for your primary and secondary class. And then change secondary class around to get all of them.
You get hero skill pts for lightbringer and sunspear rank + eotn title ranks or buy at hero skill trainer for 1 plat
