absolutely agree with Sicilianking - I'd expect 5-10a in no time and eventually 20a+ but it always depends...
you don't see them since they are pretty useless. 5e is only really feasible on one handed weps as caster items whilst ofc there is collectlrs for everything. An amber longbow however is very common so I'd merch it if I were to drop it. Or you can try sell for few ecto.

2008 Jan 11th fixed another exploit that could be used to bring post items to pre-searing ascalon
2011 Mar 3rd added langmars quest in pre searing making the lvl 20 achievable without death-leveling. The quest mobs could drop items of higher quality than any other mob in pre which led to a quick fix of the situation - but some items as relics were left behind

I'd say that's good. Ghostlys matching 20/20 are really sought after - usually in q9 for collectors or in useable attributes though. Divine being one of the rather useless hct options I'd think the 4a for a q11 is good - but you can wait for other opinions

Most items aren't really useable but rather some fun items for enthusiast collectors. The insc ones are useable and hence bring some certain money.

I wouldn't expect it to sell super pricey but you never know. Req is relatively high for the damage. And yes - 7-xx dmg axes are relatively rare - they only drop in a very limited unid value range. For use they aren't thatt big of a deal, so it's just collectors - and your isn't perx by all means so it isn't the sky rocketing sale. But 10e-1a seems realistic to me.

very funky very old indeed. Yet the req is rather high. I bought similar ones over the past months for 50-200e whereas they weren't just as funky as yours - I'd expect it to sell for a couple arms but only an auction can tell really.

I would like to see something really nice, despite being quite lucky here already. And I have been getting other people running here as well which has been fun to see.
Absolutely. This is the one nf chestrun that I do - for all the cool sword and shield skins potentially dropping here. I never made a list but still know there' quite some. Did a couple thousand chests here a few years ago for my statistics, but the time is missing 
But you can't beat a 3min run for 3-5 chests where 3 or more skins could drop max q8 insc that are almost unheard of or even first of their kind. Also I was intrigued to see if elemental swords dropped near the sand storm things - so far I didn't get any 
damn... relax man!

The water staff isn't worth much if lucky you find someone paying 2e but I'd rather merch/hero
worth trying to sell but not most pricey. I'd put them in the 10-15e region each.
well basically it is your own thing how you want to present them - just go to the image editing program of your choice (paint *erhm), compose the parts you want, make a collage, potentially underlay a background image for the athmosphere, upload it to either legacy (as attachment when putting up the post) or to an image sharing site (imageshack or the likes) and embed the image into your post. Add a text or do not - it's all up to you.
For a post you can go to the section referenced by bsoltan and create a thread of your own or make a post in the beloved collections thread.
Not precisely sure which was the aspect that had you uncertain, so I covered everything I could think of that you meant.

it isn't the most useable item but a good collectors item. It is interesting from different perspectives for the collectors - for a trolls shield, a +10 +30 shield, a clean value. Put it for auction and wait till offers stagnate, then add a b/o. Could go 50e or 500e. Don't sell to a pm too fast - unless it's my pm

and the 19% mod is no impact on the price - it is a mod you can simply change to a perf one that you get for 5k-1e. The os caster mod (+5e) with the q9 and skin is what sets the price. And there I agree with the others - 20-50e depending on how fast or badly you want one.
