indeed very unfortunate in it being almost really good 
the one off in hsr kills a lot of collectibility potential and the q13 would ba rather undesired in and off itself. still is is matching in req and hsr attri as good as a fir jug can and is definitely too nice to merch. I can see someone paying 20-50e but finding that someone might take quite some time.

well the range is... huge!
for tac gold insc 16/8 15/7 and 14/6 great conches are available at 50e whilst sea purse shield 16/8 might reach 200a or more.
generally str mot and comm are less valueable than tac, but in 16/8 they are comparable, just the low req versions are only useful in a useful attr for a secondary class. so it really depends. a 14/6 lotus shield will likely be least valueable in your specs - I'd merch or hope for 10e but expect it to sit in the chest for a while if I had one at my hands...

I don't think sharktooth is common due to bots but rather all the skales on istan have great levels for gold low reqs plus there is many warriors amongst plus they do only drop this skin.
but still it is a gold 12/4 shield and can be sold for some money but as you said - it's not the rarest. I'd not sell below 80e and would hope for 1-2a. but since it has little practical relevance to sc or pvp it is a collectors thing and then it really depends if one or more need/want it.
and damn... 3/11 would be so much better - but there are no skales in appropriate levels capable of dropping one...

that's indeed very low but happens. I'd suppose the gv was 32g or at least rather low. these low req white/blue are really rare but happen. I had as low as q6 and as low as 12-17 sword from lvl 23 in hm what catches me more is that it is the current max damage for q4 but I'd guess that even 15-25 might be possible but even rarer
damn that is so low in damage and value... it must have come from a lvl 15 or lower!
very tough to PC - depending on who is interested I can see it got from 50e-50a. very niche item and these days anything but unique is pretty much worthless and the unique are very unpredictable - either just one person cares or multiple are interested and funds are secondary. realistically I wouldn't sell below 5a and would aim for 10.

they can only drop as gold rarity and from corsair which kind of limits the possibilities. Idon't know if there are further restrictions like a certain kind of corsair, a region or the likes, but just checking the list on wiki for corsair yields some below lvl 19 which means lower than q8 could drop. obsidians q7 proves that point and hence might be possible to drop them in even lower stats... don't ask the chance though
100% coming from nolani. Most probably botted, too… like 90% of all content nowadays
fortunately not even close to 90% - they do not aim to cover everything, just the popular profitable ones... woc, nolani, doa, dragon moss, magmas shields, outcast shields, feathers (and other con materials), vaettir, ecto, zkey and likely many more - but no one is running some of the juicy spots that I won't easily list here for their easy reference - but let's say there is still some very cool its that are not botted at all - whereas I agree that most items on the market these days originates in bots and bots are really destroying the game as was.
I guess not even a relevant fraction of the game is played actually, "normal" players also usually just do their hand full of scs, nick items, woc, nolani (and very few other farms) and occasional missions/vanquishes for their titles and ofc the trading but other than that the game is entirely dead. so maybe 90% of what the "normal" player does is botted - and that might not be 5% of the game content
the obby staves most likely come from nolani - but there's not too many bots yet, so might as well take some time till those get inflationed much.
it's gold.max q8 shields that are generally at 2a+ generally, max q8 foci would be more like 50e, and max q8 swords more like 20a - ofc all depending on the skins as well - and goldleaf is neither the ugliest nor the least useful attri
I agree on the price for a blue but would put the gold one in question to 5a+

indeed - I'm still on the hunt for my first 11/3 gold inc tower shield across istan - and that snowman is the one lvl12 eotn mob I'm aware of... so far I had quite some insc q4s but none q3 - and definitely no shield 11/3. good thing is: if you drop a gold q3 shield it will at least be max 100% of time
