I think there is a possibility to auto target party leader with TB and the option "Trigger hotkey when Guild Wars gains focus" (1)

In settings, set "target next object" (or something like that) to a mouse button, with the TB option to open chest without confirmation (2)

So with your alts you'll just have to clic (2) the new biding (target next object) + space + clic (2) + space and he'll open the chest + pick up the loot

Add a hotkey to send "/resign" in chat and bind it to an other accessible mouse button or the option "Trigger hotkey when Guild Wars loses focus" (3)

So it will be something like :

(1) Target party leader (hotkey) + space (follow him) + (clic (2) + space (select & open chest)) + (clic (2) + space (select & pick up loot)) + clic (or hotkey) to/resign

Rinse & repeat

Maybe i'll think of more clic clic clic !

(Maybe you're already doing that in the videos, can't watch atm)
