Not an expert opinion but if you look on the Guild Wars wiki at all the possible minis that drop from birthday presents, the only ones with any decent value are rare drops in the seventh birthday gift, and even those only for 20-30e. Always more valuable to not dedicate them to the hall of monuments. The rest just don't sell.

I'm surprised the Fellblade wouldn't go for anything, even though it's not perfect.
That's a wide range for the dual mod Q10 str Mag shield. I just don't see a build where either of the mods on that would be any good. Thanks for the reply. -
